You can use PubMed to create RSS links with the newest articles.

-Go to www.pubmed.com

-Click on the "Limits" tab

-Select "Add Journal" in the "Search by Journal" menu

-Enter the journal name

-Click "Go"

-In the drop-down menus right above the search results, go to the one that reads "Send to" and select "RSS feed"
-It will automatically take you to a configuration page

-Select 50 as the number of items in the feed, so if the journal publishes more than the default 15 items you won't miss any
-Click "Create Feed"

-Your link will be under the XML button
